- Cancellation must be made in writing to htcpm2024@utc.fr
- For any cancellation received before January 30th, 2024 : registration fees should be reimbursed except for 100 € for handling fees.
- For any cancellation received between January 30th, 2024, and March 30th 2024 : 50% registration fees should be reimbursed.
- No reimbursement will be made for cancellation received after March 31st 2024
- All types of registration are subject to the same conditions for cancellation
