Registration of attendees needs the creation of a Conftool account (same account as the one for abstract submission).

Registration will be definitive only after receipt of payment:

The registration fees for attendees include:

Full board accommodation (hotel fees + all meals included) from Sunday June 9th (welcome cocktail and dinner) to Friday June 14th (lunch) ;
Congress materials ;
Access to the conferences ;
Coffee break during the congress ;
Gala dinner on Wednesday June 12th ;
Shuttle bus between main airports or railway stations, and « Port de Brusq » ;
Shuttle boat between « Port de Brusq » and the Embiez island.

IMPORTANT:

Students must provide a copy of their student card.
The Category Fees 3 and Fees 4 are limited. Please notice that the number of single rooms in the main hotel is limited too. These rooms will be attributed with the first registrations (First payed, First served)
All « extra fees » about your accommodation have to be paid by you directly to the hotel

On Sunday June 9th, check-in on 5:00 pm and the day of you departure check-out during the breakfast time.

Cancellation must be made in writing to htcpm2024@utc.fr.
For any cancellation received before January 30th, 2024: registration fees should be reimbursed except for 100 € for handling fees.
For any cancellation received between January 30th, 2024, and March 30th 2024: 50% registration fees should be reimbursed.
No reimbursement will be made for cancellation received after March 31st 2024.
All types of registration are subject to the same conditions for cancellation.
